  The owner as well as his employees simply know how to run a fine establishment. The owner and his employees are always nice and a pleasure to make small talk with. The location itself is very clean and spacious.

  Google says it’s open at 9 am and i get there, door is closed.. this lady with glasses is in there and did not even inform me thru the glass that they open at 10am or so. Is this really hard to do? But no she just look at me and keep reading whatever bs on the phone.

  the owner is a straight scammer, back when you could use coupons online i was able order a sandwich for 7.99 when i got in store he told me i couldn't use coupons and when i went to get the food that was already payed for he was MAD and shoving the receipt at me asking how i was able to get it for so cheap worse is when i went to eat the sandwich he put the bare minimum as if i had ordered everything "less" 1/4 as much meat as there should have been 1 pinch of salad and near no sauce he was mad when he made it and served me garbage, DO NOT EAT HERE

  My favorite subway in Springfield You won’t find a better service. The store manager is always great
