  Aslam provided excellent customer service at Cricket Wireless. He was professional, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process easy and straightforward. I really appreciated his friendly attitude and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend asking for Aslam if you visit this Cricket Wireless location.

  I don't recommend this store to anyone. Got my phone from this store 3 months ago, and since then has had an issue, with it restarting randomly all the time. I let them know after 2 weeks when I realized the phone was having this problem. talked to customer service who said it is a factor issues and I can get a replacement. Called the store yesterday to be told they don't have my same phone but I can get a replacement of one similar. then when I go there the store was closed, 10 minutes later the guy unlocks it. Now I'm told I can get the replacement but it will be 100 dollars because it's a different phone. the guy I spoke to the day before,mentioned nothing about charging me, since it's a factor issue with the phone. They wasted my time, I would have never went to the store if I knew they were not going to help me, without trying to charge me more money, for probably another broken or shitty phone that won't work. then when I called them out, the guy talked shit about me being made because I wasted 20 something dollars, saying it's not alot of money. For me it is, and that I'm out of the refund date, which does not matter since it's a factor problem... So I wouldn't trust this store, go elsewhere for better service just my opinion on they conduct business and treat customers.....
