  went in to test my battery and the employee said that the battery is dead and sold me a new battery - not to mention that the battery they sold me was NOT even meant for my car. i didn’t believe that anything was wrong with my original battery as my car still didn’t start even after replacing it. i went back the next day to rectify this situation; the manager tested my original battery and it was at 100% and informed me that the battery inside my car is not the correct battery. seems like they did a fake battery test and i was unnecessarily sold a battery, and the wrong one at that. i would give zero stars if i could.

  I had such a stressful day after leaving Safelite, but Alex at Advance Auto Parts completely turned it around. The replacement rearview mirror I had didn’t fit my mounting bracket, and I wasn’t sure what to do next. Alex made the return process easy, took the time to help me find the correct mirror, and even installed it for me. He was attentive, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right before I left. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you, Alex, for going above and beyond and turning a horrible day into a much better one. Advance Auto Parts is lucky to have you!

  I was on my break , stop by Alex replaced my car battery in 15 minutes . Very pleasant and helpful.

  In the past few years I have been going to Advance Auto Parts Bridge St. Lowell. The employees there are helpful, polite, and go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need. Today it was Alex that I had the pleasure to work with and he didn’t disappoint. He was great! I am very fortunate to have this group of guys nearby when I am in need. Thank you!

  Went in looking for part, bro on front counter was scrolling on his phone, no hello, sup, nothing. I couldn’t find part, I tried asking for help from the guy, I was ignored because he felt it was more important to see where the car alarm in the distance was all about. Customer service ❌ car alarm in distance ✅??? He’s joking right??
