  Pablo helped me get some new wipers while I was on a brief lunch break. When I was done cashing out he asked me if I'd like help installing them. I had planned on swapping them later at home, but I agreed. He helped swap them in a quarter of the time it would have taken me and all right there in the parking lot. He was nice and patient with my annoying car (and self). I will definitely return to this location again. I regret not getting my replacement car battery from here. The O'NEIL place I got it from laughed at me when I asked if they would assist. I'll be going to Advance in Lowell from now on. Thanks guys!

  went in to test my battery and the employee said that the battery is dead and sold me a new battery - not to mention that the battery they sold me was NOT even meant for my car. i didn’t believe that anything was wrong with my original battery as my car still didn’t start even after replacing it. i went back the next day to rectify this situation; the manager tested my original battery and it was at 100% and informed me that the battery inside my car is not the correct battery. seems like they did a fake battery test and i was unnecessarily sold a battery, and the wrong one at that. i would give zero stars if i could.

  I had such a stressful day after leaving Safelite, but Alex at Advance Auto Parts completely turned it around. The replacement rearview mirror I had didn’t fit my mounting bracket, and I wasn’t sure what to do next. Alex made the return process easy, took the time to help me find the correct mirror, and even installed it for me. He was attentive, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right before I left. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you, Alex, for going above and beyond and turning a horrible day into a much better one. Advance Auto Parts is lucky to have you!

  I was on my break , stop by Alex replaced my car battery in 15 minutes . Very pleasant and helpful.

  In the past few years I have been going to Advance Auto Parts Bridge St. Lowell. The employees there are helpful, polite, and go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need. Today it was Alex that I had the pleasure to work with and he didn’t disappoint. He was great! I am very fortunate to have this group of guys nearby when I am in need. Thank you!
