  In the past few years I have been going to Advance Auto Parts Bridge St. Lowell. The employees there are helpful, polite, and go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need. Today it was Alex that I had the pleasure to work with and he didn’t disappoint. He was great! I am very fortunate to have this group of guys nearby when I am in need. Thank you!

  Went in looking for part, bro on front counter was scrolling on his phone, no hello, sup, nothing. I couldn’t find part, I tried asking for help from the guy, I was ignored because he felt it was more important to see where the car alarm in the distance was all about. Customer service ❌ car alarm in distance ✅??? He’s joking right??

  This place is a joke, they close whenever they wanna close and open whenever they wanna open. On their door and the website it says they close at 9pm, I hate to be the person that comes in last minute, but I work a 12h shift and the only time I had to pick up my online order that I made it was at 8:50pm after I left work, well guess what? It’s the second time I come here at this time and they’re closed, I even called before coming in so I wouldn’t waste my time, they told me they would close at 9pm. I get here and closed again!! I won’t have a car tomorrow and now I might have to uber here and back home just so I can grab the piece for my car! I’d avoid coming here if I was you.
