  Scummy corporate practices. With all that they charge, they wanted $1 to put another piece of tape on the box. When I declined they stamped "ADDITIONAL PACKAGING DECLINED BY CUSTOMER". Slimey.

  I had an unpleasant experience with a staff member named Larry. While assisting me, he appeared rushed and did not fully address my concerns. Before I was finished, he called the next customer in line, even though I still needed help. This made me feel dismissed and unsupported. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed to ensure better customer service in the future.

  This UPS store is always a disaster. Rude stress responses and absolutely unhelpful. I was told a bunch of things that were absolutely incorrect about employment verification that they said was not something they could notarize and the crazy person there kept arguing with me even though I had all the proof documents. I walked out went to another UPS store it took 10 minutes and it was done. Simple and easy. I've tried to give this place a go again and I realize it's not worth it. A 2 minute simple thing involves a drama for them. Save yourself and visit another UPS store.Most of the positive reviews on here are fake.
