The end of January I had a valve on my dishwasher bust and flooded my kitchen and basement while I was away on vacation. After getting hold of Gil and his office they sent out an adjuster Dale that helped me in every aspect of the recovery of my kitchen. I have never had any issues as the first time homeowner and Gil / dale/allstate all helped me out on getting through this stuff and it was such an easy transition from flooded kitchen to complete repair and replacement. I will always Advocate Allstate and reform to anybody and everybody I talk to. Thanks again to Dale, Eli and Eli's entire staff.

Been asking them every year to stop sending me bogus insurance solicitations. Pretty sure we’re on year 3 and 3 attempts to stop and they won’t. Office rep who answered wouldn’t even tell me when the agency principle will be in the office. They also never told me they record calls which is illegal in Massachusetts. Extremely poor business practices.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. Many laws broken by them.

I have been using Gil for years. He out beat all insurance offers I shopped for. On top of that, every time I have a question or need something, he responds right away. I highly recommend him and will go no where else.

The worst people to deal with . Every time you call you get sent to a call center. I cancelled my homeowners insurance 8 month prior to call I received from them. However, it was all verified in August of 2025 that the policy was cancelled. I received call 8 month later that I did not pay my homeowners policy and they will terminate my policy. Again trying to call them I got a run around between them and a call center . My issue was only resolved after I told them that this all sounds like an indirect fraud and I will have to come in person for n order to resolve this problem since they are unable to help me over the phone. My honest rating is negative 5
