  Why. An you not just talk to a representative when you call wanted to know was when the last time is to drop off an overnight air package not listed online tried to phone the place we spent 20 minutes going through stupid automated menus no human being to talk to come on UPS. You’re nearly as bad as FedEx. Thank you for your professional reply it is incredibly frustrating to not be able to find a simple answer. My suggestion would be to put the final drop off time for 24 hour shipping somewhere simple to find on the website. I will understand this maybe a private operator or franchise and you are governed or maybe governed by corporate roles and so I will author my review to reflect your professional and timely response. I wish you a success in your business. Thank you for listening to a customer.
