  Not really friendly. I feel like I was an inconvenience being there and was ignored when I tried to ask a question. No follow through when the process was over so I felt confused. I don’t if they were having a bad day but this place isn’t somewhere I’d return to again.

  Employees at this location are always friendly and efficient. I was here over the weekend and Shane helped me with my returns. I returned multiple items with different bar codes and he was patient and helpful!

  Hello When I walked in the store 2 people were ahead of me after 5mins. Queue was at the door but employee was proactive greeting and informing customer if they are here for Amazon return. you can use kiosk to scan and returns the product. That's how customers can save their time. Thank you UPs making our letters and products reachable in safe and secure way.

  The associate Synk was so helpful. I was having issues taping up my packages with my sup-par Walmart tape. Synk with a big smile stepped in and helped me out! I was so grateful for the help! Everyone should notice that Synk has a such a wonderful positive attitude. It did not go unnoticed! Thank you again!
