  This store was such a scam. The guy who seemed to be the owner ripped me off on cost for everything, nothing In the store has price tags. I’ve been to many UPS stores and i’ve never seen anything like this. He charged me $6 for an envelope that usually cost me $.95 at other stores and $3 to print a label. I won’t be going back.

  They are never open in the morning at their posted hours. I've thought it was a fluke once or twice while I sat outside with several other customers waiting.. nope, it's every time. Just change your posted hours because this has been months and I'm sure countless people have wasted so much time in the morning waiting thinking the opener was just running late. This store used to be amazing but they are also really struggling with customer service when you can actually get in there. Never a smile or greeting, just the look of annoyance that they have customers walking in. I live around the corner but now have to drive all the way to Plymouth regularly.

  I had to deliver an Uber Eats Amazon return to this UPS Store. I’ve used this location many times in the past for eBay shipments without any issues, but after this experience, I won’t be giving them my business again. The gentleman working at the counter was extremely rude. It was my first time handling this type of return, and I wasn’t sure what the process was. Instead of offering any guidance, he became visibly annoyed and was very unhelpful. He even stopped assisting me to help another customer, leaving me waiting in the middle of my transaction. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt others should know. Customer service matters, especially when someone simply needs a little help. I would gladly drive an extra 30 minutes to avoid dealing with this kind of service again.
