    Google map said it was also a FedEx location. Upon arriving I found that it was only UPS. one person behind the counter. No UPS envelopes. She put my important papers in a plastic bag. Place was disorganized. I worry that my papers will arrive crumbled and torn. Worse, it can get lost.

    There was a woman at the front handling nonstop basic questions, language barriers, and customers who clearly didn’t know what they were doing and she stayed calm and professional the entire time. She showed serious patience and kept a great attitude through all of it. Huge shoutout to her, because that’s not easy at all. She definitely deserves a raise.
