  I placed a pickup order and arrived while my sandwiches were still being made. I noticed my sandwich was toasted when I requested it NOT to be, and politely told the guy I think there was a mistake. He said it has bacon on it so it gets toasted. I explained that normally they just heat the bacon up on its own, and he shrugged his shoulders and told me "it's fine". If someone orders something a certain way it's for a reason, so to be told "it's fine" when I clearly expressed it is not, is insane.

  forgot half my toppings in a delivery order. bacon was still cold.

  the young worker was by herself but she was nice and fast making the sandwiches. unlike her coworker who looked like she roll out of bed in her appearance.
