  I went to numerous parts stores orients,AutoZone ect nobody seemed to know anything, I came to advance auto in Haverhill and was greeted right when I walked in by Jason , I put my motorcycle battery on the counter he knew exactly what I needed, went out back and got me a battery that I needed, huge help! I asked him a few things about my bike and this guy really knows his stuff, I strongly recommend everyone to go here.

  Was just at this store was helped out by Jason and Joseph, absolutely wonderful customer service, fulfilled my needs, store looks a lot better then before, I can see new knowledgeable staff, will definitely be coming back here. I have read many horrible reviews and from what I experienced this place is extremely great. Feels good to be treated with respect.

  I just went into the store after going to multiple stores and getting the wrong brake pads , and this employee named Jay got me the right pads for my jeep, finally the headache is over, he also explained that the jeep has different brake codes which the others stores failed to tell me. Great store and will be driving the extra 15 minutes to get the correct parts. THANK YOU JAY!!!!!!

  I visited this location yesterday to inquire about about a issue my son is having about his ford focus, so I said what the car was doing , there was a lady and a man there, the lady called over a guy with big earings over, I said what the symptoms were and he asked a few questions and right away said the starter. And he was 100% correct . Very respectful and knowledgeable I didn’t catch his name but we need more people like him in parts stores! I strongly recommend this location.

  Jason just helped me put my ac recharge in my car , it was blowing hot air and now it’s freezing cold, this parts store is my #1 go to now , this employee went above and beyond and was extremely professional. Thank you so much
