  I can ignore it being dingy, and smelling like cheap weed but being rude and not standing behind your product is scummy.

  Show up to buy an overpriced battery and have it installed and suddenly my car doesn't start at all. Do an alternator test that comes back fine so I figure maybe it's my starter and before I can say anything the employee tells me to get my car towed out of here asap. So I do and the second it's in the shop I get called back in and told the battery I just bought is three years old, won't hold a charge and upon putting in an actual new battery the car starts right up. Get back here less than a week later to try and return the battery with a paper & digital receipt dude rolls his eyes and tells me no returns. Shops now telling me that I should move forward with having the tow and shop bill forward to advance auto 🤷 will never do business here again.

  beware if you’re a woman. the man missing half his teeth ignored me as i was standing in front of him at the desk and started helping a man behind me in line. even the customer said “you can finish helping her first” . . . then the employee stated very loudly “i’m helping paying customers first”. i have been a customer there, but not anymore!!
