  A year,ago was the last time I will go there. Still shaken up that points were not added to my card as requested. Caught the mistake immediately and told the woman. She told me to go onto the web where it will be corrected. Very user unfriendly. Emailed the manager who responded immediately with difficult directions on maneuvering the web site. He did say she should have voided the sale when it happened and started over. No success on the web and no follow up from the manager. I didn't forget obviously .
