  Four foot long pretzels with cheese? Nope. No cheese. Online order. Asked for extra cheese (I didn’t know there was NONE in the bag) and instead of admitting they forgot it, the filled one and one HALF of the teeny tiny cups and gave me that. Sat down for break, pretzels are ROCK HARD.(see pic of me squeezing white knuckled with all my might below along with pitiful cups of cheese) Now for the subs…Asked for oil vinegar and may on the side, of course we didn’t get any, the bread turned into complete MUSH All around terrible experience. I really wish I could get my money back. I spend all night working with patients who have traumatic brain injuries and all I really wanted was to refuel to be my best for them. Subway, you can do A LOT BETTER THAN THIS. Don’t think you can get a sun to take for lunch or dinner in a couple hours, it’ll be soupy mush. Pretzels MIGHT be microwaveable and salvageable BUT without the dipping sauce what’s the point? I could’ve put some salt on some bread and it would’ve been better. I wasted my time, my UNPAID BREAK, and my VERY HARD EARNED MONEY on this tonight. Lesson learned. Thank god dominos was open and came thru while my co workers and I were on an 18hr shift.

  Just your average Subway. Every-time I’ve gone the staff has been friendly and accommodating.
