Very disappointing experience. The dining area was noticeably dirty, with the backs of the white chairs covered in black grime and handprints that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
The manager was also difficult to deal with when ordering. I asked for pickles on an Italian Protein Wrap and was immediately told they don’t come on that sandwich, as if adding them was an issue. Subway is known for allowing customers to customize their orders, so being questioned over a simple vegetable topping was frustrating.
This seems to be a pattern at this location. The manager frequently tries to charge extra for changing vegetables or adding different vegetables to specialty sandwiches and refuses to allow additional vegetables on sub-of-the-day promotions. It feels like customer customization is discouraged unless you’re willing to pay extra for everything.
Between the poor cleanliness and the unfriendly approach to customer requests, I won’t be returning.
