Do NOT return Apple packages here. I would strongly recommend avoiding this UPS Store in Franklin for Apple returns. I had an Apple return package go missing after dropping it off here, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. At this point, I have serious concerns about what happens to Apple return packages once they are handed over at this location. If you are returning an Apple product, I would strongly recommend using another location or returning it directly through Apple. I would not trust this location with an Apple return.

I was in the store today, and the 2 women working were so helpful. I had to send some stuff out and wasn't really sure what I needed. They took care of all my packing and everything. They answered my questions about how it'd be packed and were very patient with me. I definitely recommend using this store for any packing and shipping you need.

The manager is amazing. She always goes and above beyond for everyone. She is always happy to take my phone and do my Amazon's for me. And today I watched her handle this super rude guy so well, I was impressed. This is just one reason why it's my favorite UPS Store. Everyone is amazing here, and so kind. But especially the manager and that newer gentleman is always so helpful and patient with all my returns.
