  I put an order in at 9:30 and came to the store to wait to pick up my sandwiches at 10:15 the store was still closed and no sign of anyone.. I ordered 4 sandwiches but didn’t get them and paid through the app. Now I’m out 30$ plus because of a subway not opening when they said they were. I’m extremely upset and will NEVER come to this subway again! Complete Scam!!! If I could give no stars I would! How do I get a refund??? I stood there till 10:20-1030 and still No show!

  I went to this subway today and thank god I noticed before eating it, my sandwich had silicone fibers allllll over the bread from the deteriorating baking mats. The employee was super kind and remade my sandwich but this is not okay they definitely need to replace the mats. this is not safe, I shouldn’t have to check my bread for silicone before eating…

  There Italian herb and cheese bread here is a complete joke they don't even make it right it's basically plain bread there is almost no seasoning on the bread it self and the customer service here is not very good
