  Order 2 footlongs and asked for extra veggies and this is what I get and when I call they say extra veggies is 9 olives like what kinda crap is this store it’s always cold sandwiches are barley toasted this place sucks

  The sandwiches (subs) at Subway are good. I’ve been frequenting this establishment for years. Though I haven’t been there very often over the past 10 years. I’m sad to say that, my last experience wasn’t so great. Though my sandwich was awesome, the customer service really sucked. I don’t know if they need to hire more people or…? There was one person filling online orders and dealing with customers, I.E.me. I literally stood in front of this person for five minutes or longer before I was even acknowledged. It’s like I said in another post these big companies offer these additional services, but don’t want to pay their employees what they deserve and add so many more tasks to their daily work. While charging the customer even more money for something like a freaking sandwich that should not be over $10. It is a freaking sandwich, not a fillet.
