  I called in advanced to have them look up a gasket for me which they confirmed they had in stock. Upon arrival the guy behind the counter had huge difficulty spelling, typing, and understanding what he was looking up. Mind you on the phone when I called it took them about 15 seconds to find the item. Finally he gave up and I was frustrated and asked another woman behind the counter to help she immediately was annoyed that I was asking for help. I went over to her register and she found the item again within 15 seconds. Then I pointed out to her that he needed for the training and she immediately started calling me rude and said did I need it to stay quiet for her to go get my gasket in the back! What an awful experience I would never go there again! Mal trained employees and rude.

  Even though it was slammed Dario and Noah were able to go above and beyond. Each took their time to help me understand what i needed, what they were and their future services. I appreciate dario taking the battery out my BILs car and bringing out the new one.

  I needed a couple of specific tools and Ragan Helped me find everything I needed. Her customer service was by far the best I have experienced. Kind thorough and professional! Thank you Ragan and advance for everything!

  I had a great experience with the Ragan who helped me at Advanced . She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I got the right part for my vehicle. They answered all of my questions and made the whole process quick and easy. Excellent customer service—I really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend them to others!
