    I had a great experience with the Ragan who helped me at Advanced . She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I got the right part for my vehicle. They answered all of my questions and made the whole process quick and easy. Excellent customer service—I really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend them to others!

    My mother came in, needed a battery replaced and all her wiper blades replaced front and back. She came in one day a young lady replaced the battery, she came in the next day and the same young lady replaced all of her wiper blades. Checked her oil and her washer fluid. My father just passed away and usually does these things. I’m visiting for the summer and she wanted me to do these things. But I came a couple weeks later than I expected. She wanted to make sure that this young lady is recognized. She’s young with short hair. My mother highly recommends 👍

    05/21/2026, I went to Advanced Auto on Tucker St., Fall River to buy a battery charger. My Battery kept dying out completely. the guys there got me what I needed and tested my Battery and then re-started it for me. Very helpful, kind and friendly. I started down the 2 lane blvd. about 1/4 mile and care died I called AAA they said 30 to 40 minutes. Meantime I'm blocking one lane and cars are flying all around me. I call the guys at Advanced and they came by, jumped the car, and I moved into friendly's parking lot to wait for AAA. The guys from Advanced Auto deserve a big hand and blessing for helping a 70 year old lady out of dangerous situation. MY God Bless them and reward them... Jackie Smith
