  Ordered this online. My sandwich is literally just ham, cheese, lettuce, and mayo. When I recieved my sandwich the bread was soggy/wet and it only had clumps of cheese (3 slices all in one spot) and ham. Whoever put this simple sandwich together clearly didn't even bother to spread the pieces of cheese out and slaps ham on the bread. I tried to call the store mutiple times to inform them and possibly get a refund but no one answered the phone the 5 times I called. I will never order from here again!

  I went here during my lunch break to get a nice steak and cheese six inch sandwich on italian herbs and cheese. I walk in and i’m hit with the most disgusting smell. It goes up my nose and filters through my body and i feel like I just went dumpster diving in New York City. I then continue to go order my sandwich and the owner of the store greets me with the most unfriendly and unkind facial expressions i have ever seen. I feel extremely unwelcomed. Don’t get me wrong i have worked in customer service before and i understand how people can be, but there was no need for that. I didn’t let that affect me too much until she started to create my sandwich and instead of putting it on there neatly she smacked it around and threw it on there so aggressively. I was astonished. Flabbergasted. Ultimately I calmly collected myself and watched her throw my sandwich in the toaster. She burnt it. I didn’t care though in the moment because I had 15 minutes until i needed to get back to work so there was no time to ask her to redo my sandwich. At the checkout i had a coupon for my 6 in sandwich and she refused to take it. I got those for this day and she refused it. That officially made up my mind that I will never be returning to this subway.

  I know Subway is typically a little stingy with the meats, but this Subway was ALSO super stingy with the veggies. I ordered a Veggie Delight with everything - which is usually overflowing and hard to eat when I go to any other Subway - and the sub I got from here had BARELY ANYTHING IN IT! The last ¼ of my 6” had NOTHING. Not even a piece of lettuce. Just bread. The whole sub was practically all bread... not to mention they left out like 1/2 of the veggies! We also got a steak & cheese with onions & peppers and same thing... I had to hunt the whole sandwich to find an onion. Crazy! So my husband and I split (2) 12” subs and I’m still starving. Worst $17 I’ve ever spent! Don’t go here... there’s another Subway on North Main that got good reviews... I’ll be taking my business there from now on. Or Village Pizza... they have way more value for your buck and if you pick it up it’ll be CHEAPER THAN SUBWAY! Giving them 1 star because the bread was still good... and because Google won’t allow 0 stars.
