  This is the second time this month that I’ve been to this store for 9am and it wasn’t open. I even waited another 20 minutes in case they were just running late. What a waste of my time. Apparently the team wanted to sleep in again today and not open up. Figure it out!

  Had a very urgent package that needed to be shipped on Saturday, but the Customer Shipping Center was unexpectedly closed without notice. Thankfully, a FedEx employee nearby stepped in and completely saved the situation. I unfortunately forgot to ask for his name, but I truly appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Thank you again. Employees like him make a huge difference.

  Bad service! I wanted to send a package, it was an international ship to a fedex office in Argentina to be pick up. They had not the information of their offices around the world in their systems... I found their offices just by using my phone. They couldn't take my package and they dispatched me to attend the next person. The next person had the same issue lol
