  I can't take a photo of the package with the shipping label? Really. This is how I prove I shipped something. You should clearly communicate a policy like this with posted notices!! You also wanted to charge me $160 to ship an envelope that really only costs $21 to ship. Stay away.

  Very disappointing. The reason I went here was because I was supposed to get a free return, but I ended up paying instead. These people charge a fortune for tape with absolutely no courtesy at all. They charged me $2.00 for just 16 inches of tape, which is ridiculous. They even wanted to charge $4.00 for a single label. Don’t come here! The service is terrible. I wouldn’t even call it service. Stay away from this UPS Store! UPS should not allow them to represent their brand. The owner makes the UPS image look terrible, especially with all the bad reviews. UPS, if you’re seeing this review, please do something. They should be penalized for making UPS look bad and for charging customers when the service is supposed to be FREE. They continue to treat customers rudely and clearly do not understand what “customer service” means.
