Very disappointing. The reason I went here was because I was supposed to get a free return, but I ended up paying instead. These people charge a fortune for tape with absolutely no courtesy at all. They charged me $2.00 for just 16 inches of tape, which is ridiculous. They even wanted to charge $4.00 for a single label.
Don’t come here! The service is terrible. I wouldn’t even call it service. Stay away from this UPS Store!
UPS should not allow them to represent their brand. The owner makes the UPS image look terrible, especially with all the bad reviews. UPS, if you’re seeing this review, please do something. They should be penalized for making UPS look bad and for charging customers when the service is supposed to be FREE.
They continue to treat customers rudely and clearly do not understand what “customer service” means.

Super disrespectful, I’ve never been screamed at in a store before. Was a surreal experience I would never come here for a single thing. I asked if they could just use a 2 inch peice of tape to shut a small box for a Amazon return and was screamed at about how it should be in a plastic bag when that is not what Amazon requires. Truly aweful customer service.

Sent a phone back for a warranty process through this place. They charged $10 for a little box to put it in, refused to let me take a picture of the packaged item (which the marketplace I bought from asked me to take!), and the phone arrived with shipping damage. Not sure why I paid $10 for them to botch the packing job, but it is what it is I guess. Perhaps that's why they didn't want photos?
They weren't particularly busy at the time, either. No line or anything. Perhaps it's best it stay not busy.
