    The workers always have their earphones in taking phone calls while serving customers. It’s very annoying when I’m trying to tell you what I would like and you’re literally laughing out loud and speaking to somebody else. I ordered 2 of the same sandwiches and when they came out of the oven I asked for mayo on one and honey mustard on the other. The lady puts mayo on both because she’s so distracted by her phone call. She then made me wait while she goes to the back room to charge her earphones. They seem like nice people but this customer service is just terrible. You shouldn’t be talking on the phone while serving customers.

    YESTERDAY I WENT TO BUY 3 SANDWICHES IN THE MORNING ,SINCE I WAS WAITING IN LINE WITH FEW MORE CUSTOMERS BEHIND ME, TWO OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE FIGHTING IN FRONT OF EVERY ONE THERE , IT WAS A HISPANIC WOMEN AND ANOTHER LADY FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY, THEY WASNT PAYING ATTENTION TO US WE HAD TO REPEAT THE ORDER FEW TIMES AND THE LADY FROM IRAN OR WATHEVER COUNTRY SHE IS , WAS THE ONE WHO STARTED THE FIGHT , MAKING MY ORDER WRONG AND ALSO WITH A BAD ACTITUD , I DIDNT LEFT BECAUSE I WAS HUNGRY AND ON A RUSH BUT NEVER AGAIN , GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES A TRAINING ABOUT HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS AND IF THEY DIDNT LIKE THE JOB TO LEAVE...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I AM NOT GOING BACK THERE. WE ENDED UP IN THE RESTROOM AFTER EATING THEM, WHEN THEY WORK WITH BAD ACTITUD AND MAKE THE FOOD HAVING A BAD MOOD EVEN YOU AS A CUSTOMER RECEIVED THE BAD ENERGY. WONT SEE ME THERE NO MORE
