  I went in for a spark plug for my lawn mower. The computer said to grab a certain one which I did. The spark plug didn’t fit so I went back in and told the same clerk who sold it to me that it didn’t fit. I asked if I could exchange it for another one which he said I couldn’t which was fine. I asked him to search his computer again to see if we can find a match when all of a sudden another store employee who I guess was a manager walked over and interrupted our conversation and said rudely to the store employee and I quote “what we are not going to do is take that back”. My wife and the store employee both told her we weren’t asking for that and she walked away so my wife told her to mind her business and do her job because she HAD no idea what was going on with us. She was a white lady with dark brown aqua net resistant hair and a BAD ATTITUDE! Thankfully there’s a AUTO ZONE 300ft away. WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY IN HERE AGAIN

  This store its horrible service I was bought griot garbage polish machine on 8/24/2026 has the power cord is loose power i bring it back the next day. to return or exchange the staff check it sometimes on sometimes off they said no money back they are arguing with customers its very bad service. Who is the store owner or manager need to fire those employees. I forgot the name but the store manager can check two employees work on night shift on 8/25/2026 if you dont the business will lost the customer for future.Thank you

  I was about to buy a product but then had horrible customer service so I just left. The guy with a beard and light brown skin, was on the phone watching TikTok while dealing with customer and had a nasty attitude, never going back again.
