  Extremely poor customer service and zero regard for customer satisfaction. I bought an unopened item that was recommended by an associate, realized within 10 minutes that it wouldn't work, and returned immediately with the receipt. Even though the product was completely unused and untouched in its original packaging, the staff and manager refused to process my refund and told me they didn't care if I reported them to customer support. ​The next day, I went to another Advance Auto Parts location, and they accepted the return in seconds with zero issues. This specific store's staff is dishonest, unhelpful, and completely ignores company policy. Be very careful and think twice before shopping at this location."👎👎👎

  This is the worst Advanced Auto Parts Store I have ever been to in Massachusetts. This is the second time, I went to this store for help with parts and car auto parts related information. As I walked in, I was called by a rep, I think his name was Kam to tell me to wait after telling him about my car issue but another rep called me to help but he was extremely rude and condescending about my car knowledge. They sold me the wrong light before too and caused my expensive electric problems. This place is horrible do not go there. It is unnecessary. Do your self a favor and stay away from this place.
