  I pulled in needing a battery for my BMW , Alex came thru switched my battery out it was a whole mission took about 1hr and 35 mins in the blazing sun and he got it done with no complaints and he gave me some tips moving forward on what to do great guy kid needs a raise

  The two guys i just dealt with must be sharing a brain cell. I come back to return an item that I JUST bought less than 20mins prior. The first guy doesn't know how to do anything on the register- first day type of things. The 2nd guy shows him how to look up my purchase by number, all for the 1st guy to exit out of the screen and have to start all over. When he finally does pull up the purchase, he can't tell which one it is nor how to make a return for it. The 2nd guy helps him to do all of this....THEN decides it's now important to mention I'll need my ID for the exchange since I didn't get a receipt....something that was not told to me when I MADE the purchase and opted out of getting a receipt. So i stood there all those minutes to NOT be able to exchange my purchase for some nonsense that y'all decided to tell me last minute?? Is it EVERYONE'S first day??

He took the time to answer my questions, explained my options clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across customer service this attentive and courteous. Jean Carlos went above and beyond, and his positive attitude really stood out. Advance Auto Parts is lucky to have someone like him representing their team. Highly recommend asking for Jean Carlos if you visit the Dedham location!
