  The staff were polite. I came in to have my battery tested and replaced. After removing the battery, the staff informed me that, based on the manufactured date on the side it was still under warranty if I could provide the receipt. The battery had been purchased by my father because we shared the vehicle at the time, so I explained that I would need to call him to determine which account it was purchased under. Before I could locate the account information, they proceeded with the battery replacement. They told me that I could call back with the purchase information afterward and they would reimburse me for the amount I paid. I later called back with all of the requested information, only to be told that reimbursement was not possible. Had I been given accurate information from the beginning, I would have waited to replace the battery until the warranty could be verified. Instead, I am now left paying for a battery that should have been covered because I was given incorrect information. While the staff were courteous, this experience has left me with no desire to continue shopping at Advance Auto Parts after more than a decade of choosing them as my first choice for automotive parts. I will also be sharing my experience with family and friends.

  I pulled in needing a battery for my BMW , Alex came thru switched my battery out it was a whole mission took about 1hr and 35 mins in the blazing sun and he got it done with no complaints and he gave me some tips moving forward on what to do great guy kid needs a raise
