This service is insane! I got notification of my order being delivered today since early. All day I had someone home waiting for my package. NO DELIVERY. I continued to get text notifications stating my delivery would be at 8:30 pm I watched as the truck went to towns near me and even a street near me in Northampton & get right on the highway to take my shit back to Chicopee. What is the point of sending text notifications of deliveries? So unprofessional, it’s shameful. DO BETTER ! I’ve been waiting for my Apple product since this morning . I paid for NEXT day delivery. I have a better chance at counting on AMAZON than ups.

Terrible customer service very unprofessional and you guys should employ better employees than Gabby. Go to Ludlow instead.
