  Give the poor women an extra person on shift to help manage orders, I shouldn’t have to wait a half an hour extra over the estimated time when I placed my order an hour ago. I’m leaving this review not to slander the sandwich maker but to hopefully bring in some awareness since franchises only respond to negative feedback. Please schedule more efficiently to help release the burden on the single worker you have managing the entirety of your store.

  Sandwitch was made wrong and messy I asked for sweet onion sauce and wasn’t put on sandwitch the chicken bacon ranch the bacon wasn’t cooked all the way we asked for cheddar cheese, barbecue sauce it was only put on half of a footlong I paid about 60 dollars this is how I received my sandwich witch was a ham and cheese

  I was there Tuesday the 14 around 1pm the manager was outside smoking weed in uniform was very rude my sandwich was made messy she was also on the phone while taken my order

  I just want to take a moment to recognize Isabella for her outstanding service. We accidentally placed our order at the wrong location, which could have easily been frustrating or inconvenient—but Isabella handled the situation with incredible kindness and professionalism. She didn’t complain at all and instead went out of her way to make sure our food was prepared quickly and correctly at this location instead of us driving to the other location 15 minutes away. Her positive attitude and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful mistake into a really smooth and pleasant experience. We’re genuinely so grateful for her patience and effort. Employees like Isabella make a huge difference, and she truly went above and beyond. Thank you again!

  Amanda was working all by herself and she was so kind and friendly we didn't mind wait for a few minutes for our food. Our sandwiches were delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed my chocolate chip cookies! I think she deserves a raise to have to work lunch all by herself all while doing mobile orders. We will definitely come back.
