  I bought some stuff at the everette location and they gave me the wrong piece. When I went to change it they didnt wanna deal with it so they told me come back in the morning (the audacity). I then decided to go to the Chelsea location. Not only did they solve my problem they were super patient and kind Lorenzo and Claudio were the best. They assisted me and made sure I had the right parts this time. Im so thankful because I was stressed out I need my car up and running. I will go to the chelsea location everytime from now on.

  You notice a significant change here with customer focused and a friendlier environment now….not too sure what occurred but i absolutely love coming here now ….got some new guys here also very very friendly! Thank you Jorid and Klaudio for all of your help guys!
