  They do not answer the phones. There is no way to know if their notary is on staff because they don't answer calls to confirm. Huge waste of time and very inconvenient

  My recent visits, employees have made unprofessional and uncomfortable comments to both myself and other customers. It has occurred on multiple occasions.

  Every time I’ve used this store, Genesis has been incredibly helpful, friendly, patient and kind. This is my go-to place for notary services and I am very happy with the ease and professionalism of this store. Thank you Genesis for your great help!!!

  I recently visited the Westford UPS location and was surprised to learn from an associate that an individual named Jennifer (also known as Genesis) was previously terminated from both the Westford and Burlington UPS stores. This store very rude and tried to take down my review 4 times. I believe, that is Genesis tried to hide the truth. Google have to look at the review before take it down as Genesis requested. I noticed that she has since posted a review for the Chelmsford UPS store. I am concerned as to how this individual’s professional background was not identified during the hiring or vetting process.
