  Used to be my go to for all returns and shipping not just Amazon because it was super convenient to be able to do it all there. I do not like using the self serve kiosk because have had refunds not get processed even though I followed all the steps correctly so I decided to wait about 20 minutes in line to be able to have a human help me. When I finally got to the counter I was told I need to use the kiosk. Unfortunately they have a new policy now where if you are only returning Amazon you need to use the self service kiosk and will not take you at the desk. I explained my issue with the self serve but was still told no with no one behind me. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for that kiosk. In that time they ran out of printer paper and only had one size bag available. All the time the woman is trying to give directions to me from the desk 20 feet away with nobody at the register even though I told her I know how to use it but it just never got delivered last time after it was tossed in the collection bin. So if they are doing this to free the desk up for non Amazon customers it's unfortunately making me not want to do any business there at all.

  They moved to the plaza near Shaws. Have easy fast experience with Amazon return. Friendly service

  WORST STAFF EVER!! Just left this location for a simple Amazon return and black bald guy had such an attitude when I asked how to use the self- scan return system. Never used the self-serves before and this guy was the rudest person ever! Thanks for nothing! Hope you have the day you deserve!!! Which you deserve to be fired!!!

  Weekday staff are friendly and helpful, but weekend staff are questionable. I primarily use the kiosk scanner to return my amazon packages if the employees are busy with other people. But last Saturday I went to return a package and saw a few people waiting for the kiosk and no one with the employee, so I decided to drop off my amazon package with the employee but the teenage girl notified me that she isn't doing amazon returns and I would need to use the kiosk even though she was just sitting there on her phone not doing anything. I don't know if it is a new policy but the weekday staff usually assist with amazon returns, so not sure if it is in fact a new policy or the girl was just lazy and did not want to do any work regardless of the amount of people inside the store doing returns. Would give this location 5 stars if not for that experience
