  My experience mailing my personal effects from Cambridge, Massachussets to Princeton, New Jersey with this UPS store was simply exceptional. AI had advised other services which I called, but was dissatisfied with their canned responses. I decided to take a walk to the neighborhood UPS store to see what they could do. They advised they could pick up the items at an appointed time and ship. They had boxes which I purchased to pack. The courier was on time and the goods shipped to arrive in New Jersey the following day. Please note this was not a premium service. I shipped 8 boxes and 1 box was not delivered as it was damaged in transit. I called the store and advised that I wanted the goods even if damaged. Mr. Tu (the manager) helped call UPS to ensure the damaged box was delivered. In reality, the box was damaged, but the contents were intact. The service level and personal care I received from UPS Cambridge was simply over and above what I expected, for a very reasonable price. In this case, AI was wrong and I could not have done better. Thanks to Mr. Tu and his team for excellent service.

  I recently had a great experience at this UPS Store thanks to Ryden. I’ve been a long-time customer and I’ve seen him when the store is slow and when it’s packed in a holiday rush. He is always professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Today, he took the time to answer all my questions with patience and never made me feel rushed. It's rare to find someone who combines that level of expertise with such a friendly, customer-first attitude. Ryden is an asset to this store!

  Excellent service by the owner. He was able to do something that FedEx/Kinko's would not do for me in a timely manner. We have underestimated these small UPS stores and they can be a lifesaver in cases of deadlines as I have seen today.
