  I ordered at the counter and they added a tip to my bill without my permission. There was no way to cancel the tip without explicitly asking. An involuntary tip is not a tip, it's dishonesty.

  I ordered a 6 inch BLT chips and water. The team was friendly and did a great job pulling together my order it was delicious.

  Yesterday, (Saturday), I ordered a subway through app and the lady on counter was so rude she was so pissed at us as I selected more for ingredients! Asking me “how do I close it ?! With this argument I always get even less than medium portion. “I mean this is not my job to teach you how will you close it! Didn’t you get trained to do it?!!! And if this is the case that you can’t close the sandwich then why the hell do SUBWAY give us (the customers) option to choose how much ingredients we want to put in the sub! don’t give the option we won’t choose!!
