The employees here are really nice and helpful!! I would definitely go back to this location. I will mention that due to its location in Harvard Square, parking can be a bit difficult if you drive there, but it's otherwise very conveniently located

The African American woman working at the counter was very rude and unwilling to help. I needed to drop off a box, and since it was my first time there, I didn’t know where to take it. With a bad attitude, she pointed toward a corner without saying or explaining anything. I then asked for a small piece of tape to seal the box. She muttered, “We don’t have tape,” and ignored me. Thankfully, a gentleman came over and helped me. FedEx needs to provide better customer-service training. She wasn’t helpful or welcoming, not even a smile. Come on!

They lock the door before closing hours and get mad at you for wanting to come in.
