  Very bizarre interaction with the lady at the counter. I was there for a return on a Sunday afternoon and had some questions with the shipping boxes. The lady was very bothered by my questions and didn’t seem like she wanted to help at all. The FedEx by MIT was much more helpful and kind. I would recommend going to that one instead.

  You see a horribly rate fedex and you think to yourself, it's a place where you print and ship things; how bad can it be? Well, pretty bad. I went in to print a 50 document. It was half way through that the machine decided to stop printing. Asked for help. They told me that they don't carry the type of paper that my document needs and they never did. Well, that makes no sense since it stopped half way through. I asked for a refund and was told I'd have to pay for the papers that already printed. I told them that i don't want them but they'd have to shred them as they contain sensitive information. They said that they don't have a shredder, and I was handed a pair of scissors and that's how i wasted 10 mins of my life manually shredding a document to save $10. AVOID AT ALL COST
