  To the two guys who were here this Saturday morning - thank you! They were so helpful with our Amazon return fiasco - Amazon gave us 1 label/tracking number for 2 boxes (2 of the same item) and customer service hung up on us after I pressed for two labels. I was finally able to get 2 labels directly from the seller. While we sorted all this out with 2 giant boxes in their store, they were patient, kind and friendly. They could've just ignored the whole thing - instead they saved me from making the common mistake of putting the same label on both boxes. Because of their attention to detail and caring about their customer, I'll be getting a full refund, with peace of mind that one of the boxes won't get lost.

  A big shout out to Lee for his awesome help at the UPS in Burlington today. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Going to the shipping store isn’t anyone’s favorite activity, but with such a nice group of folks working, it was easy!
