do not order your sub the wrong way because they will refuse to remake it. Legit went into Subway, realizing that my sub was not toasted, and it had mayo on. It went back to see if they can perhaps make a new one for me and have it toasted, and all they did was get angry and legit I let their manager touch the sandwich to let them know that it was not toasted and legit, He refused to make me a new one after she touched with her own hands it now it’s a ruin sandwich.

Would love it if you could go into an establishment that could speak English. The veggies in the bins were all frozen around the edges and did not look fresh at all so I didn’t ask for anything on my meat.

I had a terrible experience with this location regarding an online order. There was a glitch with the address, and when I tried to call to correct it immediately, the staff ignored my calls numerous times. When they did pick up, they hung up on me.
When I finally got through, the employee was unhelpful and told me I had to "fix it myself online," despite there being no option to do so. After that, they refused to answer the phone again. Completely unprofessional and zero effort to provide basic customer service. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
