Walked in tonight just to purchase a power bank, firstly the employee really seemed bothered I interrupted their chat session. Secondly she spoke very soft and fast so I had to ask a question a second time, thirdly she passed me 3 different banks simultaneously with no info about any of them as her friend or could have been another employee honestly laughed out loud right in my face. So I stopped talking handed them all back to her without a word and proceeded to walk out. I never complain about this kind of stuff but there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING GOING ON when I walked in and yes I didn’t need a phone but I was still going to give you my hard earned money. You should rethink who’s on your payroll because you lost c a potential customer today because your employee or employees clearly don’t have the business and its profits in their agenda.
