  Avoid this store, go to FedEx is cheaper and better. If I could give zero rating, I would do that. Poor service and unprofessional price is outrageous higher than the price on its website. Something suppose to be around 50, and wuoted me 86 to start with. Then, try to push me to 128 for 12 hour earlier delivery time. I went to fedex store which I just need to drive two extra miles. Much more pleasant customer service and Charged me only 68 for the 128 dollar quoted by UPS. This ups franchasing model just is broken. No wonder I always think FedEx more expensive is wrong. Go FedEx better!!!!!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store in Braintree. One issue I noticed was with packaging. Although smaller boxes appeared to be available, I was offered a larger box at a higher price. I also felt that the lower-cost Ground shipping option was not clearly explained to me. Instead, I was presented with faster 1–2 day options, which were significantly more expensive, and the conversation made it sound like choosing the cheaper option could create a risk of the package not arriving on time. I was also uncomfortable with the way some customers were treated. I personally observed an employee asking an older customer for their phone and appearing to assist them with leaving a Google review. That made me question how some of the store’s reviews are being generated. I also spoke with someone who said they work there, and they told me that the store makes money by getting customers to purchase more expensive services. I cannot independently verify that claim, so I am sharing it only as something I was told, not as a fact. Overall, my experience left me feeling that customers should carefully ask about all available shipping and packaging options, including the least expensive option, before paying. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes pricing and shipping options clearer for customers.

  i went there today and waiting on line and i saw that the male employe was talking to bad to other costumer and i heard phrases like do you want to fight , omg this is inappropriate this is not a service that should be allowed in our city, the female employe was good but the store should give a better service to the client.
