We made a day out of coming into Boston and walking around with our 15 and 19 year olds, we played tourists for the day, joined a trolley tour and popped into Tiffany’s. Cheryl was an absolute sweetheart talking us through the store and graciously helping my daughter try on pieces just for the experience. If you are looking to purchase something special for yourself, loved ones or friends- go and ask for Cheryl. She’s fantastic!
If you are thinking of visiting Tiffany store I’d recommend going to the huntington avenue one in the prudential center
I went to adjust the length of my tiffany necklace that my bf previously bought here. The young blond staff in the front was very unkind, told me I had to pay for the adjustment (which was not true if you come within the 6 months of purchase and just demanded that 14 inch adjustment should be good enough (I had to call again later and adjust it to 15inch).
And when I later cam back to pick it up, the male asian staff was also very unkind. He asked my bf to sign the paper when he was on the phone call which felt rude.

Janice is amazing! She knows just the right pieces to add to my collection. Every experience at Tiffany has been so much fun because of her professionalism, style, and expertise. Definitely consider rebranding to Tiffany & Janice!
Bought my platinum wedding band here. Super nice place. Gave us water while we looked and chocolate.
