  I had such a positive experience at this UPS location today. The two guys working were so kind and helpful, it brightened my day! They went the extra mile to help me figure out everything I needed.

  Went in to make a simple return, employee just took the items and put it in a corner and told me i’m good. I asked for a receipt and he said they don’t do those - I’m assuming since he didn’t want to scan in my package while I was there. store reeked of cigarettes as well

  I had to mail to very large boxes internationally and I was concerned about the process, but both Sean and Sayyam were super helpful at clarifying my best options for shipment. Really appreciate the good attitude and willingness to help!

  I didn’t catch her name but the wonderful lady with the long braids is so kind and courteous she helped us with a lot we had going on very nice place will definitely deal with her again in the future best spot for customer service and pricing

  staff was rude and not understanding when i went to them with an issue. rudely hung up on me prior when calling to ask a question about my package.
