  Went in on Saturday, August 8th at 3 pm (Huntington branch at Symphony) to open a mailbox. I needed to provide my secondary address ID, but as I am not an American citizen and live on university housing (no lease), I provided the best address ID I could. I asked the only employee staffing the counter if this was adequate. He replied “no” without providing further explanation or help, and looked irritated. Even though there were no other customers in the store, he offered no assistance while I stood there trying to figure it out by myself on Google. As a customer service worker, he should have been more attentive and actually try to help a customer besides giving one word answers.

  Was a little nervous going in because mail is a bit confusing at times, but the gentleman working was so nice and accommodating.

  Went to drop of package but store was closed, Posted hours says open but it was locked from inside we waited for 20 minutes no one shows up what kind of store it is locked during business hours.

  It’s 12:06pm I have a notary appt at 1230 and THEY ARE CLOSED!!! Nobody is HERE!! Smh! This is beyonddddd unacceptable
