  currently under construction so pretty hard to spot it for the first time. u need to pass the traffics light to see the way in. can emergency park the car when turning right into the small alley next to the supermarket

  One of the staff members who helped us out was extremely disrespectful. We were charged $100 more for overweight shipping because the package was 2 lbs over, so we asked if it is ok to take some stuff out and re-print the label. The guy who helped us out, rolled his eyes and sighed. He even made excuse at first that $100 was not from overweight, but was from different dimensions and the address even though we had another exact box with same address which was under 50lbs. He clearly showed unprofessionalism with disrespect. We were very unsatisfied with the customer service that he showed us. I will never visit this UPS location again. If you are planning to visit UPS, one at Coolidge Corner helped us out really well.

  I’ve always had a good experience here. Ryan in particular is awesome. It seems like they have been short staffed recently and he juggles so many customer orders patiently and efficiently. Give the man a raise!

  Horrible customer service, they have no clue what they're doing or why they're even there! Could not answer one simple question that I had.
