    I have been coming here for many years for various reasons, it never fails to shock me how overly helpful, kind and generous the workers are with their time and guidance regardless of the line out the door. And very efficiently I might add. The patience of the staff is impressive. They feel like a small community business regardless of the national brand they carry. đź‘Ź

    Went in today at 6:40pm to return a package. Wasn’t able to make the return until after 7:15pm. There are two workers in here, and only one is processing customer packages. Im sure the other has tasks but you would think as a long line goes out the door the other guy could step in for a couple people. Would have been nice if UPS had more concern for customer satisfaction. But alas all I can do is write a disgruntled review.
