  Had to call the store for an urgent request. I needed a little more than 900 pages printed in an hour. Called another store down the street and they told me absolutely not. I believe the managers name here was K, hope I'm correct. he said he could get it done without hesitation. Huge respect to him for making this happen. Super easy to deal with and very helpful.

  What happened? The young woman who works there is not very nice to costumers. I have been picking up my packages here for a while and the guys who worked there before were super nice and helpful. Now I feel like I am bothering and inconveniencing her when I pick up my packages that I pay them to collect.

  The woman was acting like she didn’t want to work that day due remodeling 398 Columbus Ave or is in her nature to pick who she gives good customer service. This woman seems she didn’t care about the customer’s service and looked bothered when asked inquiring for my package.
