  I had a fantastic experience here! The staff was super helpful in finding exactly what I needed, and I loved the wide selection of office supplies. Definitely my go-to spot for all things work-related!

  I recently moved to North End area. I visited this UPS Store twice. The first time there was this tall Indian guy who was really helpful and friendly, explained all the questions regarding my moving boxes very briefly , he seemed very educated about what he is doing. Second time there was this guy who seemed frightened and god knows what he speaks, looked slow and a girl who had attitude up her nose and looked like all she cared was getting people out of the store. All i got was "you're all set" attitude. Owners please hire someone who is ready to give customers a chance to talk, someone like that tall guy (i hope he is still here and working). What's the point of having a store if you can't help or let people explain their UPS related questions. If we knew things, we would not show up. We don't need to. World is too fast for your attitude based employees. Sucks UPS gives franchises to anyone these days. One star to this location only because of that first employee they had.

  Very bad. Drop the package 3/10 then it said they have my package. 3/13 no more update. Just stop there. Call to store pretending not hear me and hand up the phone. Loss packaged because no insurance. Where is my package?
