  This UPS store is unbearable to work with. Thing is a mess. People don't know what they are doing. Manager always has the wrong attitude. Support is abysmal in locating my pickups and consultation about shipping. This store is only convenient if you need to drop things off. Other than that just ship it at the Back Bay store or generate the label yourself. Pricing to ship things locally within the US is through the roof ($350 to go from MA to CA with UPS Ground and the package is the size and weight of a 1 gallon jug?). Has the audacity to tell customer to come and make the labels there as it earns them commission when 5 different customers are around? Definitely ripping people off.

  the new manager of this store is fantastic. she's organized, friendly and very efficient. we do a lot of business at UPS store and this is now our go to.
