    It's one of the best Subway store I ever went in the Boston It's a bit crowded at the time of my visit But still I received my order within 10 mins They have best combo offers I got a drink and chips for 3.50$ It's nice to see such deals in greater Boston Thanks to store management

    I had the worst experience at this Subway store - 393 Mass Ave. I had placed the order on subway app and even showed a screenshot but somehow they did not receive it and then the Indian bearded guy (who apparently is the manager) says, “you will get your refund”, when I explicitly told him I had placed the order twice on the app and they did not receive it. He made us wait 30 mins just to tell us they did not receive the order!!! This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. They literally don’t care about your order and just say you’ll get your refund, especially the Indian student with a beard who happens to be the manager somehow? He literally did not care about making us wait for 30 mins or even taking a new order from us. Pathetic service and would not recommend to use the Subway app. They do not let you avail those offers and somehow provide no explanation or take new orders. Downright insult you by ignoring your new order!
