  I stopped into Kinko’s late on a Friday after another printer wasn’t able to help me, and I’m so glad I did. The manager Brian was incredibly personable, and he and his team member Jason went out of their way to assist me during the last hour before closing. They handled my printing quickly and with genuine care. Excellent service when I needed it most — highly recommend.

  When I visited the Fedex Office in Boston a few months ago (700 Albany St, Boston, MA 02118) I needed to print a poster for a Dental School Professor at Boston Universities Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. As soon as I stepped into the establishment, I was greeted with a warm welcome and assistance on what the best material for the poster could be and how it should be printed. They had the poster completed within 2 hours of me placing the order with them in person and even offered a student discount (which goes a long way for a dental student!)! Brian, Jon, and Aurienne (or Adrienne), were beyond helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I have been to this Fedex many times and they always exceed my expectations. If there is any way these Fedex Associates can receive any reward for their efforts, passion, and hard-work they bring to Fedex everyday I fully vouch for it! They deserve it! Thank you again you guys! The professor really loved the poster and many of my classmates had a chance to sign it!

  This FedEx Office is the place to go to whenever you need your needs met, whether it be for assistance for printing , shipping , getting price quotes and much more !! I just want to leave a positive review for Jonathan. He is such a wonderful human being , is kind, and has amazing customer service. He has helped me with all three areas, that I was having trouble with, and amazed me of how knowledgeable and professional he is when it comes to me asking about pricing for a printing project, printing , and shipping ! Thank you for all you do Jonathan! You ARE THE MAN!!! 5 Stars for this location and staff!
