  FedEx truck was idling in front of a coffee shop for several minutes and filling it with fumes. FedEx needs to train their drivers better.

  Great service. My Amazon return label wouldn’t scan, and they reprinted it for free and gave me a receipt. Super helpful!

  Brought in several overnight packages to dropoff (already labeled and ready to go). The driver was there scanning packages, but the clerk told me that they wouldn't go out until the next day. Basically they didn't want to give them to the driver who was still there scanning packages. Apparently if you miss the "cutoff time" by 5 minutes they won't accept the packages even though the driver is still there and could easily take them. I'm sure it was the express driver, not ground, who was there. While I was there another person came in and was told the same thing.
