  Very organized space with patient staff! I'm thankful they were kind enough to bear with me as I described a rather strange situation with shipping a package to an unconventional address (college campus - very particular about listing department and/or internal box number!).

  Worked with a wonderful staff today at the local FedEx here in Boston. I had to ship a rather large item for work. Rather than turning me away they worked alongside me and worked some kinks out. Thanks to Mike and his fellow employees I was able to ship everything I needed back to our work hub in Virginia. Thank you FedEx!

  I am a foreigner and it’s my first time trying to send a package using FedEx. Manuel was so helpful and patient with me, it made the whole process quick and easy. ☺️☺️

  Kim was fantastic! She printed my conference poster in about 10 minutes, which was incredibly helpful since I was on a tight deadline. Before I paid, she had me inspect the print to make sure I was happy with the quality. Friendly, efficient, and very attentive to detail. Excellent customer service!
