  Who in their right mind keeps a shipping office on the 1st floor in a hotel. How is a person supposed to carry their package to the first floor and that too without proper directions for where the office is. Absolute worst location for FedEx

  Walked there and it was a weird location. Inside a hotel. I got lost and called 2 different phone numbers that are registered on Google. It didn’t work just random noise. I finally find it. They tell me it will be a fee since it’s a hotel. Then JJ proceeds to reach into my purse and ask if that’s what I’m returning. I put my hands on his hands and told him not to reach into my purse. He apologized and said it was a long day. But do men not understand basic common sense? If it’s a long day it doesn’t give you the right to go into my purse at all. Told him to stop talking to me and I didn’t care it was a long day for him. Men audacity needs to be eliminated. Do something about it.

  I wouldn’t even give yall a 0. The worst company. Worst customer service I’ve dealt with. Never ever trusting yall with shipping my packages ever again. They will take your money that’s it. They don’t care about anything else.
