Horrible FedEx. Nobody works there, hotel employees don’t care. Advertises opening at 7:30, waited until 8:15 with the doors open and eventually had to just leave. No one ever came.

Polite enough, but don’t waste your time. This location charges $10 to drop off a prepaid package that would be free at any other location..

My experience was fantastic, well ended up being fantastic. I learned very late in the evening I needed a printout for a conference early in the morning. I was at this location shortly after it opened and was second in line to use their printing service. The gentleman in front of me had some issues getting his print job completed due to an issue outside of this locations control. The gentleman behind the counter was helpful and understood my hurry. He suggested I send the file to his email. Thanks to his attention I was walking out about the same time as the person ahead of me. I appreciated the employees willingness to provide assistance.

$10 for a box of 2lb is outrageous. Gentleman at the desk is arrogant. Will never ship to this hotel again.
