I literally just got out of that store and was not greeted or even asked if I needed help. Just completely ignored the entire time I was in there. Was planning on buying a bag but the lady who made eye contact with me 3 times refused to talk to me.
They really do not want you to spend money here. Excellent for my wallet.

I have been lucky enough to shop in Dior Boston as well in France. I love Dior as a fashion house and I have had positive experiences in both locations. The store manger was very helpful when exchanging my lilac lady d joy to a lilac lady Dior ABC. Overall the main difference that I noticed was over in Europe they team sell more vs in this location it’s more of a one on one experience. Even though I was assigned Jorge as my sales associate the other sales associate are helpful as soon as you tell them what you are interested in. I do have multiple items on my wishlist and look forward to purchasing more.
The store’s atmosphere is elegant and quiet. The staff members are professional, while they also maintain a certain distance. The layout is very clear, and the salespeople can provide assistance when needed. I also have a brief conversation with the boutique director. When I explain that I’m working on a course project, she responds friendly.

Luxury vibes 💅➡️😬, but service is a total gamble. Gorgeous Dior pieces everywhere 👜✨, but staff can go from welcoming to dismissive in a blink 😒. One superstar SA, others… not so much. At Dior prices, this feels wild. More gamble than dream.
