  I came to get a quote for an item and was given the quote. The next day I came back to ship the item at a different location and was told it would be almost 4 times what I was quoted the previous day. So I called the location I got the first quote from and their price also increased. And then that employee actually called the employee at the location I was at to give them a heads up that I was comparing prices and told him what price he should charge me. She didn’t realize that I could hear the conversation - he had the phone volume turned up and turned it down when she started being super shady. He was helpful regardless, but still charged me more than I should have paid. Please do your homework and check prices online first before going to any DHL location. Come with screenshots. I know exactly how much I should have been charged because I see the price published online and I verified with another shipping company that uses DHL after the fact. They may be “nice” but their pricing is unethical. Stop changing standard pricing.
